Albert Konstantin Benois (1879 - 1930) was active/lived in Russian Federation, China.  Albert Benois is known for Landscape paintings.

Born in St. Petersburg, Russia in 1879, Albert Albertovich Benois belonged to a family of prominent Russian artists, among them his cousin Albert Alexandrovich Benois (1888-1960), the stage designer, watercolourist and art critic and Nicholas Leontievich Benois (1813-1989), architect to the Russian Imperial family.

His father, Albert Nikolayevich Benois (1852-1937) was also an artist, and trained Albert Albertovich, whose works are often confused with those of his other talented family members (Albert Albertovich Benois, exh. cat., Shepherd Gallery, 2012).

Albert Benois' talent was recognized early on in his artistic career. While he was a student at the Imperial Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg, the Grand Duke Vladimir purchased seventeen year old Benois' work The Black Sea.
